With the heaviest of hearts, we announce the departure of our first team manager James Day.
After an honest and heartfelt conversation, we mutually decided that this decision is in the best interests of the club.
James has been an incredible asset to our club over many years and there are no amount of words that can express our gratitude for his loyalty, drive and downright hard work.
James joined as a player in 2014 and took on his Managerial role in 2018, leading the first team through many highs and lows and giving us all a team to be proud of. With James at the helm we have been a force to be reckoned with in our league for many years but it is now time for a new chapter.
We wish James all the best for the future. He will always be a huge part of our Anvils family.

Anvils started well looking the more likely to score but could not find the back of the net in general play, however they went ahead with a penalty on 26 mins after a foul in the Seafoird box and Harvey Burgess obliged with a well taken penalty 1-0 Anvils.
HT 1-0 Anvils
2nd half Seaford turned the game around with a much more positive performance which the Anvils couldn't match and drew level on 58 mins and found the winner on 87mins. Anvils almost scored an equaliser just before the final whistle but Callum Kilkenny's finish just went wide of the Seaford goal.

NEAVES and SEAL
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Jake Neaves and Jenson Seal on 20th and 21st December 2025.
Jake and Jenson brought so much love, laughter and touched the lives of those around them. The boys will be remembered for their spirits, kindness and for always smiling. They will forever hold a special place in our hearts.
Their service will be held at St. Peter’s Church, Tandridge on Monday 9th February 2026 at 10:30am. As we are expecting a large number of people at the church, please may we suggest that you arrive by 10:15am and car share if possible.
To honour the boys and the joy they brought to so many, we invite guests to wear colours to the service.
Flowers will be lovingly provided by family members, if desired, donations are welcome in lieu of flowers.
The family requests that remembrances are to be made in the form of contributions to Brake, a charity that provides practical and emotional support to families and friends that have lost loved ones in a road traffic accident. Donations can be made using the MuchLoved Tribute page as follows: https://jakeneavesandjensonseal.muchloved.com

Match called off after a pitch inspection.

Bexhill must be a little flattered with the scoreline as the Anvils were the better side 1st half but couldn't put away their chances. HT 0-0
2nd Half was fairly even until Bexhill scored on 52 mins and despite several chances Behill had too much space all over the park and convincingly won 4-1. Harvey Burgess scored the Anvils goal on 70 mins.
